Multiple chops
 

I use my tab to trans to make chops in drum tracks, set them in grid mode, and the expand the sound to fit the section. Instead of making hundreds of chops, is there a faster and accurate way to make several chops at once, let's say every eight bars or so? Any recomendations on how to make this process faster? Everything HAS to be perfect in grid mode because I use a lot of midi on top of these audio tracks. Any help is great!

you can tray Command+U (StripSilence Tool). Set the Threshold somewhat high and the min. amount kina short and see if that works for you. Otherwise try to get your hands on a TDM system adn use BeatDetective
