Show Target Playlist(s) After Sending Clip Selection (???)
 

There is a fairly new Preferences Setting which doesn't work as advertised, no matter how hard I try. Does anybody know what that is exactly doing?


Show Target Playlist(s) After Sending Clip Selection
Enable this option to show Target playlist(s) in the Main playlist after moving or copying an Edit selection to that playlist.

So I'm not the only one who doesn't know that functionality?

Works just fine here. Assign a playlist to be the target playlist. Flip through to other playlists and select a clip region and choose "move to target playlist" (or use shortcut keys.) Selection will move to target playlist and target playlist will now be shown instead of the playlist you were selecting from.

Pretty much does what it says on the tin.

For obvious reasons, this does not work in playlist view because it would be pretty pointless in playlist view (since the target playlist is already visible)
