2019 ultimate and heat

Heat is no longer showing up in 2019 ultimate It no longer seems to be supported.. bummer

I will have to check this when I install this update later on tonight. This would be another dumb move on their part though if this is the case. What about people who spent money to buy a license a couple months ago at the full list price!? They basically rendered that license useless and another waste of an investment in AVID.

Can anyone else confirm this!?! Could it be it just did a bad install?!

Working here. Can you verify that the HEAT license is on the same iLok as your Pro Tools Ultimate bundle? If it's there, try deactivating then activating it again.

HEAT is working here. Same as always with 2019.5

Just tried this. No luck.

If it helps any I did the update through "Avid Link". As opposed to downloading from the Avid website. Maybe wouldn't hurt trying to re-install?
