[resolved] Problem with my first purchase
Hi,
I'm new to scorch, and apparently I've been unlucky with my first purchase. After logging in scorch, choosing a score, clicking on buy and confirming the purchase on AppStore, the Scorch application displayed a message saying that the score value was debited but because of an "error" (unspecified) the score couldn't be downloaded. Now as I look at my purchases in Scorch, it's empty. Could someone help me? Thanks. |

I've checked my itunes orders and the score value has been debited. It says:

I too have just had same problem apple on firm payment debited but error message. Saying contact avid. Who do I contact and how. Very ad experience. Can anyone help.:mad::mad:
