Eucontrol Icon at dock
 

Hi !

Is there any way to disable the eucontrol icon from Mac Dock/bar ? I found a guide on google by tweaking the .plist file but the parameter no longer works . Any idea ?

I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve ? Are you trying to undock it ? Or are you trying to not have the App auto run ?

Hi eddie yes undocking . Not to have the icon in the dock . ( hide icon option ) :-)

Click and hold on a dock icon to display its menu.
Select Options
Select Remove From Dock (If you want to remove a Folder icon, hold down the Control key and then click and hold its icon to see it’s menu.)

That's not the Dock, its the notification area. If you don't want EuControl running then deselect it in the auto launch options

You rigth and sorry ! I mean in the notification bar . I know is more a esthetic thing but it would be nice to have it on the background without it in the bar . Or at least the option . Is that possible ?

Well it still can be lauched by the application folder right ? Right now im running the paragaon NTFS that it comes with an icon too . It have an option to remove the icon from the bar but the app still running . If you want to access the settings one can just type the name in the search box and open the app . Not shure if it is applicable on eucon app tho .

ok I have the problem stated in the title of this treat, the icon in the actual dock, I want it gone so the app only runs in the notification area. is it possible? I can't remove it from the dock it seems.
