Is Pro Tools v4.2.1 software for NT\'s shipping?

Just to know if the software for NT is shipping yet!
because I'm gonna call and upgrade on next Monday (october 26th)

Yes it is, and in stock. We started shipping our first PT|24 NT upgrades last week.
