Upgrading from Pro Tools LE 6.4 to 7

Hi Guys,
I'm using the original M-Box with ProTools LE 6.4 on Windows XP with SP1. While trying to upgrade to 7.0 I got a message that I need to remove the previous version of ProTools and I need to upgrade to SP2. Is this correct? Also,does anyone know where I might find the Getting Started Guide that covers these and other issues.
