"Subscription License Has Expired"
Hello.
Attempted to load up ProTools this morning and got a screen saying the license had expired. I know in the past it's always been fine, and I know that Avid successfully took a payment this week so it's nothing like that. I've checked in the iLok manager and whenever I try to refresh the ProTools license it just says it's 'Pending'. I've tried contacting Avid to no avail so far. It's infuriating. What am I meant to do? |

A new Pro Tools Subscription license was deposited in your iLok account on 9/27 to add support for 12.6 (see the 12.6 announcement). Please activate that and deactivate the Pro Tools 12 license using iLok License Manager.

http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/D...oads#licensing I updated my ilok and tried doing refreshes and I am still getting this error? Update: I called Avid. It appears that I was supposed to receive a "Pro Tools Subscription" license that replaces the existing ones, but I never received this. In the meantime, they gave me a two day temporary license. |
