Bought Perpetual Licence But No Confirmation
 

I decided to buy the perpetual licence yesterday cos I finally figured I'd be using this for quite a while. I used paypal, got an email confirmation from paypal but absolutely no words from anyone else, avid/ pro tools has not sent me anything yet!

How long will it take until I get my full perpetual licence? My monthly sub expires in a day

Could this just be paypal lag? I've never had anything like this happen before I'm freaking cos I just dropped 800 bucks on this. Truth be told I expected this to be immediate and this lack of messages is killing me

just wanna add I found that the payment is saying 'pending' on paypal, looks like avid is just taking their time

Your order shows it was a boxed copy, so that gets shipped to you. I see you have a support case open so I deposited a temp license to prevent interruption. Please continue to pursue this through your support case. Thanks!
