Special offer - %15 off dec 31 - code not working
 

I want to take advantage of the new %15 discount of renewing my protools license, the thread in the announcements forum says this works for renewals too as it just adds 365 days onto the end of the subscription which is great.

I follow the "how to apply discount code" instructions link and use the YEAREND code as instructed, but it tells me this code has already been used (I'm sure it has been used by many people, but not me)

How do I claim the code ? am I missing something that I've not read properly ? I don't want to log a support case for this sort of simple probably user error.

What am I missing ?
