IK Group Buy 2019 - 6 for 1
 

The current IK group buy is up to 6 for 1.

I picked up all four of their new tape emulations for $70 (with some help from jam points) and two additional plugins. I've got almost all of their stuff already so not sure what to get for the extras, maybe I'll grab some of the newer Amplitube collections.

It's down to the Jimi Hendrix Anniversary, Fender collection or the SVX2.

Anybody using these?

Fender Collection 2 is a fine set of amps to have, very much a must if you play a Strat

Looks nice but I'd have to do the standard Fender collection because of the cost. I'm limited to the $99 bracket. :mad:

The amps on the first collection are among the more famous Fender has to offer, it uses a different (older) modelling technology but at the end it sounds as good or almost as good as the 2. I would get that one too, I know I will when I find a good promotion price. Good luck

So I ended up upgrading to Amplitube 4 and got another 6 including both Fenders, the Mesa, Leslie, SVX2 and Hendrix bundles.

I used some leftover Jampoints to knock of 30% of each purchase so total was around $170 for 14 total.

The Fender 2 collection is great and I really like the Little Wing verse preset in the Hendrix stuff. The classic Marshall stuff that came with 4 was a nice bonus. The JMP-1 emulation is cool, made me miss my old hardware unit. I'll have to hunt another one of those down someday. :cool:

Cool! My favourite IK amps are the Hiwatt, AC30 and the Fenders, the Marshalls are really good too, enjoy!

IK has come a long way with their modeling in general. The last time I spent any real time with Amplitube was several years ago and it is much improved. The cabinet room is a nice touch, great for tweaking.

So the free stuff will be available when the group buy ends then ?

I mean, its not like you can pick it up already ?

The free ones (equal or lesser value) are available immediately.

They added another tier so once it gets to 2000 it's 7 + 1.
