How can I get High Sierra 10.13.6?
I am running 10.13.4 but I want to upgrade to 10.13.6. I've been to the app store but there is no trace of High Sierra there. Is there any other place to go to get 10.13.6? I'm told I need this to run PT19.5 on my system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You just go to "Updates" and allow Apple to apply updates until it stops providing you with ones for macOS (except if that "update" asks you to "upgrade" to Mojave; then don't agree to that one) There is no separate installer for 10.13.6. It is an incremental update. The other option is to apply the combo updater directly downloaded from Apple https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1970?locale=en_US |

You can get a full 10.13.6 installer here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/maco...741?ls=1&mt=12

It is legit. There's a massive firmware update to go up to High Sierra. It's also one of the longest macOS installs. Don't panic and just wait it out when it is doing the install -- takes forever.
