Renewal missing from iLok

I renewed PT through Sweetwater. Application Manager has the license, but its missing from the iLok.

How do I fix this?

Hey Danny

Check the release limit on your Appman and you will see that the date has changed there. You dont get a new license like before, the date is what changes on the ilok license.

Re: Renewal missing from iLok

AppMan shows new date of Aug 2019 and new sys ID.

iLok shows expired Aug 2018.

But when I expand the "PT Perpetual Bundle," the iLok release limit is Aug 2019.

However, the "Space" plug in shows current in AppMan. It had been in "update"status until I purchased the renewal. It updated in AppMan but when I open PT, it says I don't have a current license for it.

Huh??

Space was authorized by the Pro Tools Plan license which was included with the annual Plug-In and Support Plan. That plan was phased out with the release of the Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle. So now you can simply subscribe to that ($49) instead of renewing the Plug-In and Support Plan ($99). Space is showing current since you have the latest version installed, but needs a dedicated Space license, or a current Pro Tools Plan, Pro Tools HD Plan or Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle license to authorize it.

Your Pro Tools Plan license expired in Aug 2017, so you must have only renewed the Upgrade Plan at that point.

Your Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) does show the correct Release Limit date (it matches the end date in my.avid.com/products) so all looks normal.
