PT9 not communicating with drum machine
 

hey all, sorry no sandra report i installed it but failed to work :rolleyes:
i want my pro tools transport start/stop buttons to control my Boss DR880 drum machine, i have midi ins outs connected to Behringer U-phoria umc404hd audio interface.the DR880 is set to receive and also connected via usb to my windows 7 64bit computer.
ive tried ticking midi beat clock
tried setting DR880 up in midi studio set up
tried adding DR880 in peripherals
also tried everything ive read on the forums etc so far.
all device drivers are upto date
any help would be much appreciated
