Pro Tools First cannot detect my plugin Keyboard

Hi.

I have just updated to Pro Tools First 2019.06 version. However, my Pro Tools First cannot detect my keyboard while my pc shows my keyboard working. Can anyone suggest what I can do?

My hardware spec:
PC - Windows 10
Keyboard - M Audio Mark III 61 Keys

Please help.

Have you gone to Setup>Midi>Midi Studio and set the keyboard up on that screen?

Pro Tools First just closed when it said it could not detect my KB. I could not go to the setup page :mad:
