EZ Drummer w/Pro Tools 11
 

Greetings all,
I recently switched from Logic to PTs. I had no,problems launching EZ Drummer/Superior Drummer with PT10 however, since updating to PT11, I cannot launch EZ Drummer. In fact, after creating a stereo instrument track, the plug in selection is faded out. Perhaps I am making a simple novice mistake but, Imam hoping this community can assist me.

Yes that would be because the plugins are not yet released in AAX-64 bit yet.

See all those other threads about PT11 plugins and AAX-64, yep same issue.

And this is well addressed on Toontracks support forums. 64 bit versions expected soon. (can't wait that is my PT11 gate).

I don't see the EZDrummer updates in My Products when logged in over there ... the last update I see is from 11/26/12 - where are you finding the new AAX EZDrummer version. please?

I think the above posters are referring to the EZmix and Superior Drummer 2 AAX updates. An EZdrummer AAX update has not been released yet.

Nice! Happy 4th everybody! ;)

I had been instantiating Superior to get to my EZDrummer packs, curious to see if just using EZD VI uses even less resources....although it is amazing to me how great w/ resources SD has been in PT11.
