ALERT: Frequent SWODs and timeouts in Pro Tools
 

We are aware of this issue impacting Pro Tools users and are working to address it. The following can be used as a workaround to prevent this:

1. Go to Setup > Preferences > Operation Tab
2. Disable "Send Anonymous Pro Tools Usage Data to Avid"
3. Click "OK"
