Feature request- percentile mode for MIDI pencil
 

How about a MIDI percentile mode for the pencil tool that would allow you to draw in a percentile line, for example to modify a sequence of velocities starting at a 10% gain up to a 50% gain a few bars later? That would allow for controlling dynamics without totally ruining the human feel of the velocities.
