Control 24 Channel Clip Light
 

Hi there,

I have a control 24 that's been working perfectly, now all of a sudden the clip light has come on channel 15 and remains constant no matter what I do. Have turned the desk off and back on, cleared all the clips. I've ran a mic signal through it and the gain knob won't boost the signal like it does on the other channels.
Is this a faulty preamp??

Any info would be great!

Given the quality of the on-board preamps(or lack thereof), I would just use outboard mic pre's:o This is probably not what you want to hear, but.....nobody I know uses the Control24 preamps for anything other than talkback(but it IS a damn fine control surface if you don't need to go past PT 10)
