Eleven Rack registration?
 

When I got the Eleven Rack I'm sure that I registrated it on Digidesign.com.
But I can't find it under my account at Avid. I can find my Celemony Essential download included in PT8 Le.

Do we have to register again at Avid's site?
Where can I find info on my registered hardware (11R)?

your hardware is NOT listed in your Avid account. only software. They only way I know of checking up on this is calling them (Avid), giving them your information and then they can confirm the name registered to the Hardware.

Thank you for answering. I'm 100% sure that I registrered my 11R (soon to be a year ago).
I'll find out if everything is ok when filling in my serialnr. when updating to PT9.

If you registered your Celemony Essential, I think it should be there under "your product" in account. If it's not there, I think you can download again under "active & download your product" in account.

I surely can see my Celemony Essential under "your product" in my account, but didn't see my 11R.
But the hardware are not listed here (as I now understand it). 100% sure that I registered my 11R when I bought it.
I also have my serialnr, so I guess no problem crossgrading to PT9.

when I registered my eleven rack, they send me e-mail with confirmation number, I think that's all you need.

I sure did get all the info in an e-mail (now also printed out) while registering.
A year back. 21.11.2010.
