Crossgrade activation

Hi,
I just purchased a crossgrade to PT 9, and i can't activate it.

I am an owner of a Mbox Mini and PT 7.1, I purchased the Ilok, but the activation number is not in, of course, i guess :)

Now I've read that i should use my Mbox Mini serial number for the activation.

Is this true, can someone help me?

Registration code (on you receipt) and a hardware serial number, Yes
