Cannot activate annual upgrade and support plan
Finally got round to trying to activate my Annual Upgrade and Support Plan and get the following message when I enter my card code:
"The product you are trying to activate is no longer available. Please contact your reseller for further assistance." Need help, thanks. |

Thanks, have read a few more posts and understand now, however, it was purchased from an Avid reseller and they did not make this clear either on the listing or in any communication, neither was there anything on the product.
I don't want the hassle of areturn/refund I just want my pro tool and I'm more than happy to have my annual subscription backdated to the 15th February, what do I do contact Avid? |

Just posting to say that Avid support have resolved this for me and that I am now a very happy owner of Pro Tools 12.5.
