S5 Joystick module calibration

Hey all, we just had a bad power cut here and on reboot one of the two joysticks on my CM 403 has lost its position calibration and and the dot does not follow the Joystick position anymore (stays stuck at the rear it seems).
Anyone know if there is a calibration procedure for the Joystick, or should I consider it dead? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...2750eeeb2b.jpg

Re: S5 Joystick module calibration

To enter Test Mode press the 4 large switches simultaneously.
Pan L/R
Srnd F/B
Link
Solo

In Test Mode;

Channel Select switch exits any test.

Active sw. will enter LED tests

Motor sw. will enter switch tests.

Sel sw (third small switch down) followed by the Active sw. will re-calibrate to joystick.

Wave sw (fourth small switch) enters the joystick movement test.
Once here the Div and > switches will motor the j/s all left and all right.
The Foc and down arrow will step the motor left/right.
The other 4 small switches on the side do the same, but up/down instead of left/right.

Thanks Dave, I'll give that a try tomorrow morning.
Cheers.

Re: S5 Joystick module calibration

So I tested the Joystick in test mode, and it reacts perfectly. However, once back in normal use it behaves erratically, forcing the dot to the rear/right even if I'm holding it at the front/left position.
Super weird.

Re: S5 Joystick module calibration

So yesterday I replaced the Joystick panel with a spare I had, and I got the same behavior.
I decided to cold boot the two CM408 that they are plugged into and hey presto, problem solved.
