MC Mix disconnects after 20 sec
 

Just installed Pro Tools 9.0.2 (HD) and tried to set up an MC Mix that I just got. After 20 seconds the MC Mix does no longer interact with Pro Tools, scribble lights go dim. When I deactivate Eucon in Ethernet controllers, then re-activate it again, the same thing occurs. It works for 20 seconds, then disconnects itself. I am running Eucon 2.5.7, after updating firmware on the MC Mix from 1.41 to 1.44 nothing changed. Perhaps I am missing something. The MC Mix worked well on a Logic system. Does anybody have similar issues? Thanks very much!

Check your firewall settings. Turn the firewall off and try again.

Eddie, thanks for your suggestion, but the firewall was not on. Everything works fine if I use it with Logic, so I suppose that the problem is somewhere between Eucon and Pro Tools....
