Firmware Problems with my ProTools Duet
 

Hi everybody, Unfortunately I have serious Problems with my ProTools Duet.

I`m using a MacBook Pro running on 10.14.4 OS. I`ve downloaded the latest Version of the Software and the Firmware here

Each time I restart my Mac a window pop up saying that my Firmware doesn`t work with my installed Software althought my installed firmware is v2.68.



I`ve spend so much time in this now, that I really can`t solve it alone and hope you can help me here.

Have you checked the Apogee download site?

I noticed they have downloads for the Protools branded versions.
It will be a drop down option after you click Duet in downloads, and register.
