DigiDelivery client?
 

Hi,
I just got a DD link from an Avid rep but I don't know how to use it at present. At the end of the DD mail I get a download link to Aspera but the only client that makes remotely sense is the Aspera Client – and clicking the download link after choosing version asks me for username/pass which I of course don't have.

Is there a way to download DD files nowadays??

Turns out they still have a DigiDelivery client online but don't like to advertise it:

http://downloads.asperasoft.com/downloads/digi-client

No telling how long it'll be up, and it doesn't work without Rosetta et cetera.

there is a Lion compatible cöuent on the avid site. search for 'digidelivery lion' in the answer-base.

DD-admins need to update the download-link in the notification email template of their servers. the default link is outdated and aspera won't update the firmware anymore. but you simply fill in the new link and you're done.
