Delivery Requirement Question

I got this requirement and it isn't at all clear about what it is I'm supposed to turn over. I called the guys who wrote them and they didn't know either.

Any thoughts?

DVD-R MULTI-TRACK MUSIC MASTERS (SOUND EDITORIAL)

composer score and all source cues used in the Picture. Each disc should include (1)
final version of the music as it appears in the Picture and (1) version without dips or
fade-outs. Audio layout: L/LS/C/RS/R/Sub/LT/RT.

Re: Delivery Requirement Question

The dipping thing--you know--not faded around dialog as at the mix--just straight through cues @ orig. levels. Re the tracks--all the 5.1 possibilities, plus an LtRt of the music mix as above (not sure what they'd use that for....)

Re: Delivery Requirement Question

Wonder why they want undipped stems if they ask for a PT session as well.

Does not make sense to me.

Anyway. Answers above.

the undipped may go straight to a picture editor for cutting a trailer etc who may not have access to pro tools.
