Metal Musicvideo in HDR & 5.1 Surround
 

Hi!

We produced a "Metal" musicvideo in a seminar with a Red Scarlet-W camera in 4k@60P. Its not perfect, but very nice.

The bonus is now a experimental HDR version in UHD@60P with a extended 5.1 surround mix from the main stems in 2 versions and can downloaded here:

The 5.1 surround mix with DolbyDigital@640kbit/s sounds excellent and you can switch to the original stereomix in DolbyDigital@384kbit/s too.
That's why I write this here, because I think metal music in 5.1 surround are very rare!

I've used for the surround mix among other things some plugins from Exponential Audio and the Waves 360° Surround Tools.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes that camera is excellent, but we had only one day for recording, it has become very good for that short time. Could someone listening the Surround mix with a 5.1 Setup, what is your opinion?
