Avid unable to offer updated translated documentation
 

I want to understand why a company like AVID is unable to offer a translated documentation updated, simultaneously with its updates?

Steinberg does.
PreSonus does.
Ableton does.

This isn't a matter of money, because Avid is richer. Is this a matter of frequency? No, because its updates are slow, rare, and not full of innovations. Then? Because we when same need to well understand techniques and new options, even if they are few. Then?

Please offer me answers.
