I decided to buy this studio, called Westbeach Recorders and asked for a tour and to begin due diligence on purchasing the property. It seems that the owner has already sold the studio outside of the eBay listing.

I find that lame... don't put it up if you aren't going to follow through.

So I reported it as fraud to the eBay police. LAME!
