How to Double Time (or Time Stretch) Midi?

I am new to the forum and a question about Midi in Protools. What is the quickest way to double the time of a Midi loop without changing the tempo of song.

For instance, with elastic audio properties you can press the x2 button.

Any help on this subject would be great! Thanks.

You can do this on MIDI Regions only.

Ahhh...It was driving me crazy trying to TC/E a midi track that was not viewed as a "block". Very helpful.
Thanks so much!

Blocks or Regions, either will allow you to TCE.
