DAE error -7053

I have configured this x64 Win7 system to run 10.3.10 and PT11. I am focused on 10.3.10 as it's an HD3 system.

I have a lot of plugins, including Waves. Last night I had some trouble installing Waves 9v26, trying to add some new licenses, and this seems to have broken PT10.3.10 somehow. After renaming the Waves Audio folder, switching off AVG, and running as administrator, everything synced up.

But today, for the most part, launching ANY plugin gives me a "DAE low on memory -7053" error. These are virgin sessions, and on an HD3 system which was 100% OK until the Waves install.

So, acid question, how do I find out what's causing this? What could it have broken? Are there some sticky settings I need to delete about memory allocations? Note, I can see 2 WaveShells 9.2 and 9.3 in the Plug-Ins folder.

Support ticket to Waves. Just fired up PT11 and ALL Waves plugins are missing. Not good!!

Re: DAE error -7053

Right, turns out this was all on Waves installation.

Waves were on the money with the following instructions:
1) ControlPanel > Programs&Features, remove anything by Waves.
2) Delete C:\Program Files(x86)\Waves (or rename for safety)
3) StartMenu > Search "for all files and folders", delete any Waveshell file your system finds.
4) Delete the Waves folders in C:/Users/Current User/AppData/Roaming
5) Run woli.exe, select the stuff you own (which you can check online)
6) Run WavesLicenseManager and push your licenses from the cloud to your device

I would add DISABLE ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE before you start, and any executable file must be RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR - right click for that option on the icon.

It's taken a few hours and experiments to solve, but the infamous 7053 DAE errors are gone, and PT 11.3.1 and PT 10.3.10 are working fully.
