How do you create a BUS track and how do you make it to where certain tracks go into that BUS track?

thank you in advance,

Re: BUS Track

well, there is no such thing as a bus track. you can bus other track types (like audio and aux tracks). send the output of the audio tracks to the input of the aux.

I use aux tracks as sub masters - meaning - I have
  • 12 drum tracks, 1 bass gtr, 2 AG's, 3 ele gtr, and 3 PNO tracks all going to a track sub (which is a stereo aux)

1 lead vocal and 4 bgvs going to a vocal sub (which again is another stereo aux)

the output of those 2 stereo aux tracks go to the input of another stereo aux which becomes my master fader.

You can do the same for reverb.
  • create a mono aux, make the input bus 1 and send the output of the reverb aux to the input of the vocal sub.

create a send going to bus 1 on the vocal channel. as you turn it up, you'll have reverb relative to the level of the send.
