Missing ilok authorization!!!

I have been using Pro Tools express with an ilok authorization for years. When I went to open Pro Tools this morning I got an error message - missing ilok authorization - the ilok is flashing. I have installed the latest ilok licence manager and I'm told that my Pro Tools licence is activated.
Help please.

Moved the ilok to another USB port - solid blue ilok and Pro Tools works fine.

Closed Pro Tools - moved ilok back to original USB port - still sorted!?

Aren't computers wonderful?
