AVID Master account FAIL!!!!!
 

When I tried logging in to my avid account, I was given instructions for creating an Avid master account that would link to my previous accounts. This has not gone well. I now seem to be the proud owner of a new master account that does not not link to any of my purchases.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wan't sure where to post this, sorry if there is a better place

Hi Snacky,

bear with us while we look into this please. If we can trace back your account info we can consolidate your records and registrations but we need the email address you registered with. If you used different emails in previous accounts we may need all email addresses you ever used to register.

Can you add them to your public profile please ?

Done. I used the same email address from the old account to create the Avid Master account. Thanks for your assistance.

This New DTS is AWESOME! who wouldn't pay $600 dollars a year to be completely ignored.

I've sorted it myself.
