Renewal or Upgrade?
Hey guys,
I have just opened my ProTools HD recently and discovered that my license has expired. I am still within the "30-Day" grace period as of this post. I have tried multiple method, but can't seem to find a link that allows me to renew my license. I know ProTools HD has been updated to ProTools Ultimate. Does this mean that I have to repurchase it again or am I missing a link to renew and upgrade my license? Help please, Thanks! |

The 30-day grace period is for Upgrade Plans with perpetual licenses. Your case shows you had a Pro Tools HD Annual Subscription that ended 6/6/2018, so you can simply subscribe again. Please reply to your support case if you need additional assistance, thanks!
