Avid Link on Macbook Pro
 

Hello Community

I'm new here to DUC, but work since 2006 on Pro Tools HD. Now I installed Avid Link on my Macbook Pro 2018. The app can't find mytest.avid.com. All other apps and internet is working without any problems. On my iMac Pro in the studio the login also works. Has any one an idea where the problem could be?

Welcome to the community.

Not sure if you've made any progress since posting, but if not is the problem just with signing in to the same account which works on your other rig? The Restart... and Clear... options in Preferences might help.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately I did not made any progress. I know the Restart and the Clear function. It did not solve the problem.
