Need terribly help with Digidesign RM2 monitors - Can't find anything
 

The tiitle says almost all:
I have a pair of RM2. A LF driver now got broken and i have to change it.
To change it it's just 4 screws and a clip.. The problem is.. Where can i buy a spare driver?
PMC couldn't help me..
Digidesign hasn't support factory/centers in italy..
There are no dealers of this product in italy..
And.. Avid support center is totally a labyrinth! :confused:
Anyone knows about these monitors.. Italian digidesign dealers are like RM2? What are they? It's really disappointing.
I need this damn driver to work and i can't find out where i can find one..

it's a dead product
you could try buying a support corde from the Avid Store but in reality whole new speakers are were you'll probably have to go

You can't buy an ASC for this or for something similar, i already tried.
And i refuse to think there is no a spare driver for this.
I just want to know who i can talk to.
It's incredible that for a product like this a person is not able to talk with someone competent :confused:

Have you contacted any authorized avid/Digi service center? These guys might be worth a call or email. http://www.allproelectronics.com/

I talked with the only authorized center in italy and they only repair control surfaces. Nothing to do with monitors unluckily

Contact PMC, they should know what to do

Already done.
They said they're not in control on digidesign products or assistence.
Spare parts are held by DD
