Transfer iLok between 2 computers with PT

Asking for a friend.

If my friends buys a license for Pro Tools and installs it on his desktop, can he also install it on his laptop, and then move the iLok as he needs to work?

Yes he can install PT on as many Macs or PC’s he wants but the ilok need to be connected on the Computer he uses.
