PT 2019.6 won't start
Just upgraded from 2019.5 which worked fine.
PT won't launch. keeps asking to activate my ilok. I don't use the ilok license manager very often but it looks like the license is on my ilok. PT window says I don't have any license in my account. When I select the show locations button it lists my ilok so is PT not seeing my usb port? Pretty frustrated right now... |

forgot to mention, I have a MacBook pro running mohave 10.14.4

It's well known that iLoks have issues working with USB3 ports and the usual remedy is to use a powered USB2 hub between the computer & iLok. Once you get that sussed start the ILM s/w and sync your iLok with your iLok account. Is you Avid account linked with your iLok account?

Ive had to reinstall iLok manager to get past this.

I am already running with a usb hub. I have the iLok plugged into the 2.0 port. I have also uninstalled iLok manager and reinstalled. still not working.
