Contact info for McDSP? Not getting a response
 

Hi,
Does anyone have a contact phone number or alternate email address for McDSP Tech support? I've tried 3 times submitting support requests through their website and nothing....I'm used to better customer service from them.

thats the one i always use....and yeah they are really pretty good about answering emails

FWIW...I emailed them a few times back when I had a strange error code with V5 plug-ins in Pro Tools...and never received an answer.

So no more McDSP plug-ins for me. Simple as that.

seems the world is going to ****... many companies no longer even have contact info posted. (not just plugins and audio) i reckon they got tired of being bombarded by people with the IQ of 2 (not two people... the numeral two)

i am surprised i am even gonna suggest this... but try contacting colin on twitter, farcebook or instagram.

sadly the masses are more interested these days in building up their egos instead of letting troubles deflate it. :eek:
