Plug-in display closing and S-1 reboot required
 

I need help with 2 problems - Just updated my Ultimate to 2020.12.0 and something annoying is happening. It may be a simple solution but i can't find it. Any plug-in view display disappears if I click on any other track.

The only way to keep a plug-in view open is to grey out the red box in the upper right.



The other problem is i must reboot my S-1 for it to activate or for the current project to recognize the controller. This requires me to reboot power down and up the control surface every day or whenever I relaunch PT. Never had this issue with my old Artist controller.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure about the second question about the S1, but the plugin displays closing is a EuCon feature that you can turn off. Uncheck Close Windows On Workstation When Editing.
