Anybody having problems submitting support requests?
I've been trying all day, and getting this message:
Error: Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page. Please try again later. Whassup? |

From what I understand this should now be fixed as of the last hour. If it is not, you may be viewing a cached page. Either restart your browser, empty the browser cache, or both.

Nope, still not working. Re-opened Chrome and cleared the cache, no go. Opened Safari instead, got the same error.

And...just tried it again, this time with Internet Explorer. Same result. A whole day without being able to even send a question. But I'm sure Avid will extend my support period, right? ;)

Looking into the cause of this, but started a support case based on your other threads to get you going in the mean time.
