Get the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle Free When You Renew or Upgrade
 

My upgrade plan auto renewed yesterday, I haven't received any communication about it and I also have not been able to find any info on where to find the plugin bundle in my account. I saw that some had found it in the "Products Not Yet Downloaded" section, but I don't see anything there.

Am I missing something?

Hi.

Did you ever get this sorted out? I'm experiencing the same after purchasing the upgrade plan Dec 30. I started a support case, received a few emails that it was being looked into, but haven't heard anything for two weeks now.

I've had exactly the same thing:

Auto renewed, no plugin sub as promised, then big gap of silence after opening a support ticket.

Recently had a reply though reassuring me that they were still looking into it, although not sure how hard it is to look at the account to see when sub was renewed and if it received a plugin sub or not...

I guess you guys have suffered long enough. I am sure it has been put in your account already but it is not where we would expect it. I can’t tell you exactly how to get there but in your account after you log in to avids website, there is a screen listing general info on your account. Find and locate a link that says products not downloaded yet. It will be there.

After you login it is the 5th link down under my products. After you download and install it be where you expect under my products.

Yeah I know exactly where to look for it and they definitely haven't added a license to my account. Just heard from support... they're still looking into it.

To your ilok account and place it on your Ilok?

No, there was no Licence in my account (avid or iLok) to begin with. Avid have acknowledged this and are working on getting a licence into my account.
