Plug-in preset settings from the console
 

Is it possible to load/advanace to next/save a plug-in preset from the S6?
It was possible to go to the next preset setting on the Icon.

Plug-In Preset advancing is not currently available on S6. This feature is currently accessible with the EuControl family of controllers however.

An ipad with the control app runnig side by side woth s6 would do the job?

Yes, we would love to add instantiation and preset toggling natively to the S6, however in the meantime you can certainly augment with PTC. Here's an example of adding a ReVibe to a track, toggling presets and tweaking parameters.

It's great that you can do that with PTC, but it's very disappointing that you're limited on a $$$ console, especially considering that it already comes with a touch-screen "iPad-like" module. Shouldn't be too hard to port those options from EuCon.

Any update on this feature being implemented in the next release? It's been 5 months already...

I'm sorry this is not in the next release. I dont want to add it to S6 the way it is done on the EuControl Surfcaes as its not very efficient. We will be adding a full readable list onto either the Master Module or Display Modules that makes selection better than using the mouse in PT. No scrolling through knobs etc. We want to make this new List available for Plugin Presets and I/O too. Its quite a bit of work though but we will get to it.
