Make sure your firmware is up to date!
 

Firmware is not automatically updated when you install EuCon software and you need to make sure that all surfaces have the current firmware for the EuCon version you're using.

To update firmware:

1. Launch EuControl Settings
2. Go to the 'Surfaces' tab and select a surface to update in the right hand panel under 'My Surfaces'.
3. Click the 'Update Firmware' button below that panel

DO NOT SWITCH OFF YOUR CONTROL SURFACE UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO! It's also a good idea to quit any open applications while updating firmware, other then EuControl Settings.
