PT7.3 new session blank screen
 

when trying to create a new session the session screen is blank . No counters ,edit tools,no tracks, basically nothing! It's never done this before. Am I missing something??? A short cut or a way to bring up the main screen(s)

what happens when you open an old session???

can you post a snapshot of the computer screen after you have created this 'blank screen session'?

Hi,

New session opened from within PT don't have tracks and should only have the rulers and edit tools you set personally!(how they we're set in the last loaded session!) are you able to re-create the session as you want it? are the rulers and tools still available? can you select to view the rulers ok in the pulldown menu?? once set they should stay as part of your new session setup.

Maybe you opened up a session from someone else? and their session was set like that!!!

Or you might You need to trash your prefs! if that fails then a re-install of PT! its all in the troubleshooting thread....
