No ASC codes sent
 

Hi guys! Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
I purchased two ASC codes to solve the lost of two iLoks with Pro Tools licenses.
I for the confirmation mail, the invoice mail but no codes, neither on my account products.
Even if I go to the redeem ASC page, it says there are no ASC codes actives associated to my mail.
Is this normal or am I missing something?

I will escalate this to Avid support. Can you post the asc code numbers here in the thread as ut goes way faster then.

Only the ASC code number so we can look up your support ticket and contact you via that and we get more info instead of posting private conversations here.

Problem is that I don't have them. They didn't sent any ASC code or I don't know where to find them:confused:

Have you checkfd the trash/span folders? Otherwise I will contact support for you to sort this out.

ASC numbers finally shown under "not yet downloaded products". Just opened a case with them. Numbers are:

I Just purchased an ASC for $39.95 and still have not received the code in my Product Downloads - There is No way to contact Support by phone or email - any help will be greatly appreciated - Thank yoiu
