No ASC codes sent
Hi guys! Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
I purchased two ASC codes to solve the lost of two iLoks with Pro Tools licenses. I for the confirmation mail, the invoice mail but no codes, neither on my account products. Even if I go to the redeem ASC page, it says there are no ASC codes actives associated to my mail. Is this normal or am I missing something? Thanks in advance |

I Just purchased an ASC for $39.95 and still have not received the code in my Product Downloads - There is No way to contact Support by phone or email - any help will be greatly appreciated - Thank yoiu
