Pro Tools Upgrade Upgrade Plan Extenstion

I got an email from Avid. Since they failed to notify me that my Annual Upgrade Plan was about to expire, they're "extending [my] renewal grace period to the 31st of May."
So I logged into the site and it still showed my Upgrade plan as expired, and 12.4 is the last version that's available for download. Is there something I have to do to activate this extension?

You have to pay to renew. The grace period means you won't have to pay a much higher fee after May 31st.

So that $99 price they list by the asterisk (in the email) is for another year or just the renewal up 'til May 31st?
