How to download "Air" instruments (baby piano especially)
 

I have Pro-Tools Ultimate 2019, and I need to download the Air instrument bundles as I need to use the piano. When I go my avid account, I see they are available for download but when I click download nothing happens. I can download other elements on 'my products' like the Dolby Atmos plugins upgrade but how do I download the 'Air instruments' collection and effect bundles? I am entitled to have these as part of my Pro-Tools Ultimate but the download does not do anything, it simply does not work.

The other option is simply to take advantage of Avid Link:

You should be able to simply log into your Avid account within the Avid Link application (access it from your Mac toolbar on the top of the screen), then simply tell the app to automatically install everything (you simply need to put in your Mac credentials once) you are entitled to, then go make a coffee and let it do the work, including downloading and installing everything for you.
